Head of Business Operations
Karon Davis is Head of Business Operations for Codeplay Software, an Edinburgh-based software tools development company. They produce compilers, debuggers, runtimes, testing systems and other specialised tools to aid software development for heterogeneous systems and special purpose processor architectures, including GPUs and DSPs. They are also involved in breakthrough technologies such as self-driving cars, AI and computer vision
Lizzie’s career has spanned a variety of project delivery and operational management roles within the defence industry, public sector and financial services. She has delivered business transformation, technology upgrade and operational improvement projects where her contribution has ranged from supporting tech entrepreneurs to generate business cases, managing senior stakeholders through major IT system upgrades and ensuring that operational change is truly embedded into organisations.
Business Engagement Manager
Elaine Lee is currently the RBS Business Engagement lead for the Workforce Enablement initiative, a programme designed to transform how colleagues collaborate and support customers, with the aim to allow them to work anywhere from any device. She has worked in many areas of financial services, including reinsurance, fund management, equities trading as well as banking, with roles in business development, corporate strategy, financial planning, equity analysis, colleague engagement and technology. She has worked in Edinburgh and London for Lloyds Banking Group, Martin Currie, Aon and Goldman Sachs. Elaine also recently joined the board of Edinburgh College as a non-executive director.
FanDuel is the leader in one-day fantasy and Scotland’s second billion dollar company. Aleks is an UX researcher.
Aleks is a recent Edinburgh Napier graduate and studied BSc Interactive Media Design in her time here.
Visual Designer UX Team
Lydia is a visual designer within the UX team at Sopra Steria. She’s also a former student of Napier, studying Design Futures.
